Florida EcoBags Repair Policy
If you receive a product that you believe is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at (813) 407-7197.
We will repair any damage resulting from a manufacturing defect free of charge. The recycled material we use may have signs of its previous life on the water. Recycled sails and canvas may show original stitching and marks of the previous owner—we believe this gives every bag its own authenticity.
Florida EcoBags LLC reserves the right to charge for any repair that is the result of normal wear and tear. The labor and the extent of the repair will determine the price range.
