Refund Policy for Florida EcoBags:

Customer satisfaction is our top priority at Florida EcoBags. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please notify us within 3 days so we can promptly address it. Should there be any error on our part, we will take full responsibility to resolve it.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at www.floridaecobags2gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. A $5 restocking fee will apply for returns, which will be deducted from your refund amount. Exchanges are exempt from the restocking fee.

Important Notes:

• If your original purchase included free shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• Please note, our policies for refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are strictly enforced:

  • Items must be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Requests for cancellation must be made within 4 hours of purchase.

Please contact us for the return shipping address. We encourage you to use reused or recycled packaging materials when returning items to us. Help us keep the Earth beautiful by using any old box or envelope you have available; we don't require fancy packaging or bubble wrap.
